* Following a comprehensive education program in the Program Guidance Practical Engineer (BPAT) Refinery, where there will be a combination of education in the classroom and OJT.
* Operate equipment such as reactor dikilang, DCS, furnaces, pumps, compressors, diesel engines that have radiation, exposure to heat, temperature, noise, high pressure.

Job Requirement
* Latest Education Diploma 3 (D3)
* As per the nature of man's job precedence
* Higher Education and the Department of accreditation preferred A
* IPK Minimal 2,75 (skala 4)
* Maximum Age 24 Years (Year 2011)
* TOEFL at least 400
* Willing to be placed around the working area of Pertamina
